How do I order from the Zumnorde online store?
You can order in the Zumnorde online store with or without registration. To make shopping easier for you in the future, we recommend that you create a customer account. Then select your desired items and place them in the shopping cart. If you are satisfied with your selection, you can go to "Checkout". Select your desired payment method. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We will keep you informed about the status of your order by e-mail.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us via the contact form (www.zumnorde.de/kontakt), by e-mail via [email protected] or by telephone on 0251 2029299, Mon - Fri from 09.00 to 17.00. In order to be able to deal with your request as quickly as possible, please also state your order number.


Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value in the Zumnorde online store.

What are the advantages of having my own online account?
Setting up your own account will make your shopping more convenient in future. You enter your delivery and billing address once and do not have to enter them again for your next order. An online account also offers these advantages:

    What are the advantages of the Zumnorde newsletter? You have several options for subscribing to the Zumnorde newsletter. You can subscribe to the newsletter directly when setting up a customer account or enter your e-mail address at the bottom of our homepage.

    As a newsletter subscriber, you will receive the latest information about Zumnorde and take part in exciting promotions.

    I have forgotten my password - what should I do?
    Select "My account" at the top right. Under the input fields for your e-mail address and password, click "Forgot password". You will then be automatically redirected to a page where you can enter your e-mail address. We will send you an e-mail with a link that will take you to a page where you can reset your password. Please make sure you use the same e-mail address with which you registered.

    How secure is my data?
    The stored personal data will of course be treated confidentially by Zumnorde Handelsgesellschaft mbH. The collection, processing and use of the customer's personal data is carried out in compliance with the data protection declaration of Zumnorde Handelsgesellschaft mbH and the Federal Data Protection Act.

    Can I specify a different delivery address?
    When you go to "Checkout", you can select under "Address" whether the same address should be used for invoicing and delivery. If you would like to have your order delivered to an alternative address, select the "No" box under "Same billing address". A form will open. Please enter the alternative delivery address here. You can also have your order delivered to a post office or a Packstation.

    How high are the shipping costs?
    CO2-neutral shipping: For all orders within Germany you pay €4.95 shipping costs, for all orders to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg €9.95.

    How can I track my parcel?
    As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail. With this e-mail, we will send you a link to track the parcel. When you open the link, you will be redirected to the website of our logistics partner DHL where you can view the status of the parcel.

    Which account do I have to transfer to?
    We will also send you our bank details in the order confirmation email that you receive immediately after placing your order. If you no longer have them to hand, here are the details again:

    How do I return ordered goods?
    If the ordered goods do not meet your requirements, we will bear the costs of the return shipment. You can return the goods free of charge by sending the parcel back with DHL using the enclosed returns label.

    Of course, you can also return parcels to one of our shoe stores. In this case, please also enclose the return documents so that we can clearly assign the return. Please note that we are currently unable to make any cash payments or settlements in the shoe stores. Once the return has been received by Zumnorde Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Salzmannstraße 58, 48147 Münster, the refund amount will be credited to you immediately using the payment method of your choice.

    What condition must the goods be in before they can be returned?
    Please treat the goods as you would if you were trying them on in a store. To avoid damaging the soles, please only try the shoes on carpeting. Please be so kind and always return the goods in the original shoe boxes. If the returned goods are not in perfect condition, we must inform you that you may have to pay compensation.

    What should I do if I have a complaint?
    If you receive a faulty item, please return it as described under "How do I return ordered goods?". Please state the reason for the defect and a description of the defect. "If the complaint is justified, you will be refunded the amount of the item in question. If you would like a replacement item, please place a new order in our Zumnorde online store.

    Which monitor settings are recommended?

    The online store is not displayed correctly. What can I do?

    What are cookies? Which cookie settings are recommended?
