Our company headquarters are located in the heart of the cycling city of Münster. In a modern and inspiring working atmosphere, our teams live an open, positive working culture. From e-commerce to purchasing and customer service, many different areas have their place at our headquarters.

Our stores are the flagship of our company. Thanks to their proximity to our customers, our valued sales staff know exactly what inspires them and are usually aware of tomorrow's trends before anyone else. In addition to our main store in Münster, Zumnorde can be found in Dortmund, Bielefeld, Cologne, Braunschweig, Oldenburg, Dresden, Wilhelmshaven, Erfurt and many other cities.

"Over 35 years ago, after completing my apprenticeship at Zumnorde , I started working part-time in sales in the men's department in Münster. Since 1999, I have been the head buyer for the Men and sports department. The craftsmanship of men's shoes and the constant stream of new, exciting designs inspire me - for me, shoes have to live and feel! That's why I enjoy my work so much, because our job in purchasing is to design our product ranges in such a way that they inspire our customers. And to do this, it's important to have enthusiasm for the product as a buyer. Our aim is to never stand still and to be open to new trends. To view the latest trends and collections, we travel to various fashion and trend events in Germany and twice a year to trade fairs in Italy. We have known many of our partners for many years and we also get to know each other better within the team on our travels - it's a family atmosphere!"

"When I started here in the warehouse in 1988, there were six of us. Today, we are a large team that receives up to 5,000 products a day in the goods receiving area, sorts them by product range, scans them, labels them and then moves them professionally or distributes them to our stores. There's always a lot to do here and you really have to be able to lend a hand. I walk up to 25 kilometers every day, so it's good to stay fit! Of course, you can't forget to have fun at work and as a team - we support each other and always have a good laugh together. That's why I've been working here for over 33 years."

"I started as a student assistant in the warehouse at Zumnorde 25 years ago. I have now been deputy warehouse manager of our central warehouse since 2013. My tasks as deputy warehouse manager include receiving goods, creating labels for new arrivals and coordinating our drivers' routes. They ensure that our goods arrive at our stores on time every day. I really appreciate this wide range of tasks in my job, because no two days are the same in our warehouse! New challenges await us every day and we solve them together as a team - we work hand in hand and everyone is an expert in their individual field of work. And at times when incoming goods are somewhat reduced, our employees have the opportunity to take a look at other areas of work. If you appreciate this variety, you've come to the right place!"
