Custom-made insoles - because no two feet are the same

Orthopaedic insoles are used for foot malpositions such as splayfoot, flat foot, kinked foot or hollow foot. When used correctly, they have a positive effect on the foot muscles. This not only optimizes posture, but also improves the entire musculoskeletal system. In our orthopaedic shoe technology department, we attach particular importance to getting to know your symptoms. We then measure your foot using state-of-the-art technology: With the help of a sensitive measuring system, we create a 3D footprint that precisely records the shape and stress points.

For all customers, we then put together an individual combination of different materials that is perfectly tailored to their needs. Frequent material combinations include cork-leather insoles as well as plastic, soft foam or soft bedding insoles. A computer-controlled CNC milling machine is then used to precisely machine the shapes. The resulting raw insoles are then meticulously finished by hand. Once the manual processing is complete, you can come in for a fitting. Only when we have ensured that the insoles fit perfectly are we finished with production.

Different types of insoles
