Why do I have to pay shipping costs?

Increased delivery charges

The general economic development has led to an increase in our transportation costs. Instead of compensating for this with higher shoe prices, we are making the costs transparent. By the way: In our shoe stores our trained sales staff will of course advise you free of charge!

Regional specialists

We rely on local strength! For this reason, we have not outsourced our shipping and returns process to subcontractors, but offer jobs in beautiful Münster.

Fair working conditions

Work-life balance doesn't just exist in the office! In shipping, we do not work shifts or weekends in order to offer our employees regular working hours.

We are happy to share

To keep your additional costs low, we continue to cover the majority of the shipping process costs. Two thirds, to be precise.
